STATEMENTS:

The survey is divided up into two parts. The first part is a series of one hundred statements that you are asked to respond to using the word from the answer key that BEST describes how you feel about or toward that statement. The second part is asking some background information. We ask that you not Identify yourself by name, however, feel free to offer any comments that you might have on a separate sheet of paper. We would like to take this time to thank you for your participation in this project, and look for the results in later issues of the High Gear.
